Xponential, Inc. is a diversified company with two significant investments.  The company’s common stock trades under the symbol XPOI.PK on the OTC exchange.   

Xponential, Inc.’s  primarily holding is PawnMart, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, that operates a chain of 25 pawn stores in Georgia and Charlotte, North Carolina. The majority of the stores are in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area.  The Company has systematically updated its stores appeal and is in the midst of a three year program to upgrade stores and improve its brand awareness to scale its marketing efforts.  The initiatives include the roll out of its new local and targeting marketing campaigns.   In the current economic times, pawn stores prove to a good investment value and typically perform well compared to typical retail competitors due to the value proposition of re-sale merchandise and due to the difficulty consumers are experiencing in finding available short term credit.  For more information on PawnMart visit our website at www.pawnmart.com

Xponential's other significant investment is Capital Financial Holdings, Inc formerly Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc., a publicly traded company that trades over the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol IMFD.OB., Capital Financial Holdings, Inc. ("CFH"), a full-service brokerage firm that specializes in providing investment products and services to independent investment representatives, financial planners, and investment advisors throughout the United States. 

Xponential currently owns 1,663,642 or 12.13% of the common stock of CFH in addition to a $950,000 convertible promissory note which are convertible to 1,900,000 shares of CFH common stock and 3,050,000 Series A Convertible Preferred Shares of Integrity which are convertible to 3,050,000 shares of CFH common stock.  For more information see CFHs website at www.capitalfinancialholdings.com
